A warm welcoming place. The second I walk in there, I feel free and calmed. There are so many classes offered, by so many kind and knowing teachers that make you feel like you're a part of them. My favourite class, by far, is Nia, which is a soulful combination of yoga, Tai-Chi, dance arts and martial arts, all done to fitting music. The class drifts from warm up low-energy, building energy, to the middle when exhilaration in soaring, as I am working-out, but without the feeling of "ugh I cant do this anymore", but rather, "This feels so liberating and I love it!"\u003e Then at the end of the class come cool-down when we all become calm again and well, "cool down". I couldn't imagine my life without Nia, as the ultimate stress-reliever. I honestly look forward to it every week, on every wednesday night. I love Welkin, and all my new found friends that go there do too. I've even brought a couple of my friends to a class, who then signed up for themselves. Welkin is the place to be. :)
