I am beyond grateful to everyone within the Bravo Migration team, specially Dario Ishimaya, our agent and Erica for always staying on top of everything! Dario was very quick to respond to any questions my partner and I had, no matter how big or small. There were some days when I would send him emails at 11pm, and he’d still reply! He was very informative and always made sure to notify us of any updates from the immigration office. He’s also very sympathetic and knows that this entire process literally feels like you’re hitting your head against the wall multiple times, but regardless, he was there to continue to encourage us and guide us every step of the way! Bravo lead us through every step of the visa process. They made sure our documents are up to standards and they’d let us know when we needed to fix or updated any of our supporting documents. Once again, thank you Dario and the team at Bravo. It is because of you, your hard work and your determination that my partner has been granted his partner visa.
