Totally unacceptable! AAA contacted Bravo Towing for me, and about ten minutes later a driver called me and said he would come and pick up my car in 20 to 40 minutes. I never heard from the driver again. 2.5 hours later I told AAA to cancel my order. I called someone else through the Medlock Gulf station and they had a tow truck there in 8 minutes. Incidentally, AAA seemed clueless as to what was going on, let alone help me get my car towed.
Unreliable. Avoid at all costs. Driver called and said he would be at my location in 45 minutes. I waited an hour for them to show up as promised, and when I called for an update, they simply said the driver had been pulled off for another job. Thanks a lot AAA. AAA was clueless as to what happened. AAA is a waste of time and money.
