I have been to a few dealers both before and after Covid-19, as my family's car hunt began in February/March and I cannot get across how far ahead Brayleys (in Grays) is ahead of other dealers. The difference in experience, for me, between all the rest and Brayleys is simple, it's Besnik. Nik made both myself and my wife feel like we were in a casual discussion throughout, no sales, no pushing us around the showroom trying to identify how much money he could squeeze us for, like they do at 'Car Giant' and 'Big Motoring World'. Nik pinpointed the right set of cars to match our needs and budget, in the end we chose the superb dark blue Mazda cx-30, which we've had for 4 days now and has been a dream to drive so far! Nik offered us the diamond brite package, which we took, and this should keep the car paint colour looking brand new for years to come - with minor top-ups from myself now and then. I highly recommend that you pop down and see what they have on offer, as cars never look the same in photo's online, as they do in person. Do ask for Besnik Pashaj, who is genuinely one of nicest and one of the most honest and trustworthy salesman I have come across in the industry in the last 15years: he helped us from the first visit and concluded with him taking us to petrol station to top-up the tank a true gentleman! Look forward to doing business with you again Nik and an even sweeter deal! ;-)

Being that my family had bought from Brayleys in the past I went to investigate getting a Mazda 2. The test drive was well organised compared to other Mazda dealerships they allowed me time to get to know the Mazda 2. I then started to look at the range and Ian and his team guided me through my needs. I bought the car from them and on the day of purchase they gave me time to ensure I knew all the features. Wow what service!! A massive thank you to Ian who helped my husband purchase the CX30 during the second lockdown. We had a limited time to sort the trade in of our current car and Ian went above and beyond for us to get it sorted. In fact the turnaround time was 10 days from old to new and the new car is gorgeous. Ian gave us a fantastic deal, everything was handled with easy to understand emails and instructions, he kept in touch to let us know the progress and we cannot recommend Brayley's enough for their professionalism and service.
