Great florist! Great prices and really pretty flowers. If you call the shop to order instead of online ordering all your money goes to flowers not fees. This place cares about what they send out for sure.

Ordered flowers for a family member in another state. I talked to the staff member, Kim the first day. She was very rude to me and belittled me because I was asking for pricing. The next day when I called to check on the LATE status of my flowers, the other lady was disrespectful to me, like it was my fault they were running late. If my family ran our small business like that, we'd be out of business. I'm so sad that this was the only local shop to send flowers to my family in Texas. I would consider driving them a gift (14 hours away) than using this company again. The flowers ended up being pretty, yet the customer service needs TONS of work from all employees.
