As I faced a puddle of antifreeze in my driveway, I chose this shop because of the reviews although I thought to myself, it might be too good to be true. Luckily I found that Star Auto definitely lives up to the 5 star rating! This shop has figured out how to merge excellent customer service with skilled expertise and I am absolutely impressed. I know the amount of work it takes even to get a decent diagnosis in my compact/Tetris engine, and this shop was able to provide one quickly. They gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision regarding necessary and recommended repairs and services. Best of all, the prices are very reasonable. They were very honest, quick, and it was nice to be reunited with a repaired and washed car. If that wasn't pleasant enough, turns out they also took care of my pesky rear light that had gone out, no mention, no charge. They followed up a few days later to see if everything was alright. I am 110% satisfied, and I will definitely return and refer my friends.

I went in because I thought my brakes needed replacing and they looked at them and told me that they were still good. I appreciated the honesty. Through easily could’ve just replaced them and charged me for it even when it was unnecessary. They found some other issues with the car and fixed them at a reasonable price. They also got me an Uber to and from my place! Would definitely recommend

Star Auto Does a fantastic job making sure your car is not only repaired but they check all other areas and systems in the car to make sure they are also working properly. They take care of my problem and take care of problems that were brewing. They are always professional and friendly and you know your car is being well taken care of. It’s so nice to always have the option of using their rental car so that you’re not out of a car while yours is being repaired. I have been going to star auto service for over 20 years and will continue to do so.
