Yeah this place is awesome. It is super classy and just walking in you feel the cleanliness and the presentation of their products are just top class. Quality is definitely important here. I will update this after the weekend to give a review of the meat we purchased. The quality of the meat was excellent.

Amazing butcher shop. We came for some hanger steaks because it’s the only place I could find that sells them. I’d recommend you come check this place out, especially if you’re a meat enthusiast.

I've bought bison steaks here before, always fresh and good quality. Had to try bison after reading a number of western gold rush era books , that got me interested . I can't believe bison is not more popular it's better for you ,it has less fat. I'm going there today an buy a rib eye, it's gonna be good along with watching the super goat and the little goat go at it on Superbowl Sunday...cheers ya'all !

Initially I was extremely excited when my wife found this place on the internet. They were a distributor of our favorite high end meat from Snake River farms and now that we found this place we didn't have to mail order and wait days. It also didn't matter to me that they were 50 minutes from our home in Torrance. When we arrived, the store looked amazing and we saw so many cuts we wanted to purchase that we made several rounds looking at them all before asking for help. Even the employe that helped us was friendly and even suggested a few cuts that we ended up gleefully purchasing. We opted for the "Prime Saratoga Ribeys" at 44.99 a piece. I was pretty impressed at how they trimmed and prepped them for us. After we rushed home and fired up the grill with a combination of hickory charcoal and white oak... they cooked perfectly on our cast iron and we were stoked! We couldn't wait to eat even though they needed to rest...SADLY, and I'm bummed out to say... they flavor was pretty bad. Unfortunately they tasted no different then Ralph's bargain ribeye. I know I seasoned and cooked them perfectly... but they were just flavorless. It pains me to write such a bland review because truly it was a great experience for us (except for the eating part ) ... but dinner was just bad. I'm sure we're just that odd percentage that doesn't work out because there are so many other five star reviews...but for whatever reason... it didn't pan out for us. Service was great. Maybe we'll go back again someday.

Highest quality beef, pork and chicken as well as Buffalo and some exotics. Fresh cheeses and delicious meats too. Even the ground beef is amazing! Try the jidori chicken breast. You will never eat grocery store meat again.

Got the Italian sub. It was a heavy sandwich but almost flavorless if not for the pesto sauce. At 12.99..hard to say it's really worth it compared to other places. I think even subway was better to be honest. Yeah, this place will pack your sandwich with a great deal of meat but that's not what makes a good sandwich in my opinion. Gotta have pepperoncini, other spices, etc to make a good italian sammy. It weighed 1 lb 6.8 ounces. Heavy yes, flavorful not too much

After a whirlwhid year like we have had meeting establishments and people like Ryan at the butchery serves to erase all the bad the world can sometimes dish. I only gave this place 5 stars because that was the most google would allow. Their level of quality and attention to customer is beyond that you find in most businesses these days. Ryan, thank you for going above and beyond to serve your community and your clientelle. You have truly made a devoted lifelong customer!
