We rented a 10x20 unit. It was very clean and easy to get into the unit. I would have given a 5 star but when you enter the main gate the road was flooded a lot and I had to squeeze to the far left as much as I could because didn't know how deep the water was. The customer service was excellent and the instructions were clear and easy to follow for the gate and unit.
