Just stopped in to ask some questions and they were very helpful.
Awesome business!!! They helped me out huge, without an appointment, I pulled into the parking lot to ask for help. I had a issue with my refrigerator and the kind mechanic took apart the fridge components and began troubleshoot with different parts, etc. Spent a lot of time trying to help me out. I will take my RV to this business from now on. I was treated better at this place then my own dealer I bought my rig from!!!! Thank You!!!!
Bought a 2015 heartland mallard a year ago from Shane and Ron 20,000 kitchen table had some damage on inspection. Shane assured us he would order us a new one and gives a call when it arrived....a year later numerous emails,texts and phone calls and still no kitchen table or a response. Could of told us straight up that you weren't going to order it and saved us the time. Don't waste your time with this place.
I have been storing and serving my trailer at Shane Michaels for the last 4 yrs. These guys are the best. They are very very courteous and helpful. When I got the trailer, I had no idea what I was doing, Mike Jr took me through all the step by steps and did not even charge me a penny for all the extra work that he puts in. These guys go far and beyond for their customer. I was just there yesterday, and yet again Mike Jr and his associate made us feel like family
