Currently my favorite place in earth. I am vowing to live here some day! The gold course is great and the people who live here are the kindest in earth. I am fortunate enough to have family that live here. The morning and evening walks are so awesome I wish I could take them all day long. The places to live are immaculate. I love it here.

We rented at Breckenridge through VRBO in November 2015 and it took only a few days to make the decision to become owners. If you like tennis, you will love Breckenridge. The tennis community is very welcoming and the tennis facilities are the envy of other (pricier) communities. If you are from points north and are looking for a winter cottage at a reasonable price, look no further than Breckenridge. The location is great and the weather is amazing. Truly a solid bang for your retirement buck!

Great community. Very friendly. We owned here for a few years before we decided to try tennis. Everyone was extremely helpful and encouraging. The courts are top-notch. And enough can't be said how friendly and fun everyone is. There are all levels of tennis instruction available. We have developed some great friendships with many people in Breckenridge. With our low HOA's and our amenities, this is a great choice for anyone wanting to escape the cold!

After 8 years on Fort Myers Beach with beautiful beaches, great sunsets and lots of traffic, we decided it was time to find a new home. Our choice of Breckenridge was a great decision. At Breckenridge we found a friendly community with many amenities. The top of the line tennis courts and active tennis community has made of first year a total success. With all our new friends and active life here, we have never regretted our decision to move to Breckenridge.
