I cant rate the experience as they dont answer their phone. It states on their website that they are open on Sundays but after driving through from the neighboring town I discovered it was closed. Competition here I come. They dont give me the option of no stars.

It is a shame that MTN allows the Bredasdorp shop to open, but luckily, Vodacom is just around the corner.

Very poor service ,just went to pick up new phone from mtn store ,contract info already sorted out ,instead they made me wait for 45 min in store without saying anything and when I asked nicely when the process would be completed they told me to come back tomorrow because it would be done the next day,so I came back the next day and waited for /- 30 min and again he said "come back tomorrow" when I got home a sms came through that confirmed that I sighned for 2 contracts and then another one came through that says both contracts were cancelled so I went back the next day to the guy that helped me and asked what I should do know so he offered me another contract and I took my paperwork and went to vodacom ,did a sim swap and got a new contract within a couple of days,GREAT JOB VODACOM!!!

i am a big fan of mtn service in general, however the bredasdorp branch is terrible, noone answers the phone, most phones they dont have in stock you have to wait a month or more, and lastly the customer service is horrid.
