I last visited this castle around 10 years ago. Since that visit much has changed, if much can change with regards to a ruin. There is now a small museum showing bits that were found during the current restoration project, and when I visited there was a helpful and enthusiastic lady ready to show me round. This restoration project is more like a restore the bits that have fallen off over the years project, but it makes a huge difference. It actually looks as if the local area is rediscovering it's past and taking pride in its history. Short 15 minutes walk up will, but easily done. Really worth a visit.

Amazing
Great place for an afternoon walk. There is a beautiful meadow to sit down, read and play. The castle is under repair, but accessible.
Great.
