Yesterday my wife and I picked up our new Hyundai TL3 Tucson Elite vehicle from Brendale Hyundai. From the outset of talking about trading in our Hyundai Santa Fe, to the purchasing of our new Hyundai TL3 Tucson we have experienced a seamless transition. We would like to pass on our thanks to Stephanie, the New Car Sales Consultant, Simon, the New Car Sales Manager, these two people were fantastic to be able to talk about anything to assist us with the best possible change over from our old vehicle to the new vehicle. We were more than satisfied with the trade in pricing of our Santa Fe. The changeover & extras that we had done for the Tucson was an excellent outcome. Casey, the Business Manager was another person who handled all the transitions in a professional manner. Special mention goes to Peta, the Customer Care Manager who ensured all the I's were dotted & the T's crossed. Nothing was too much by these staff to ensure that everything went well. Brendale Hyundai was Covid-19 safe, this place was spotless. Plenty of Hand Sanitizer & Social Distancing is adhered to. The Hyundai Service Department is also onsite, this area of the business has state of art service. Finally, on the day of picking up our new Hyundai TL3 Tucson, Stephanie and Simon did an outstanding job in explaining & setting up Bluetooth & other areas of the vehicle to ensure we got off on the right foot. We would highly recommend that if you are looking for the right place to trade in or purchase a new vehicle that you try Brendale Hyundai.
