I’ve never met a Mcdonald’s more stingy with their sauces than this one. In fact, once you get past the first window to the second- you can’t even pay for any kind of sauces (Sweet & Sour, BBQ, ECT.) there. Today- I specifically BOUGHT 3 extra sauces at the first window... got to the second window to receive food and made sure to ask the worker that my extra sauces were in the bag & he said “yes.” Drive off to check because line is long & it’s not there. Line is too long to go back just for BBQ sauce. What’s the point in paying for sauces if I don’t even get them? Too many poor experiences ..... Now I know why I never go back.

Forgot an item, no napkins, and the person at the window was too much of a miser to give me sauce. No McDonald's is great, but this one sucks.
It's a McDonald's. Food is good if you're in a rush. Otherwise stay clear
My impression is that it's poorly managed. Long, slow moving lines and unengaged staff.
