If you're going to use this company to build your pool you better make darn sure you always owe them some money. If not you won't ever get any service after the sale.
If you decide to work for this company dont forget your going to have to give your literal ARM and LEG to be their employee. Accidents happen to good hard working individuals. And the way it was handled was uncalled for. Forget having a family or anyone you may have to look after during an emergency. If it hurts their sales your not worth their time. You will be given the boot. It's a shame they have no compassion. Said employee DID NOT resign. He was fired. He was perfectly well and able to perform all work duties. This injury was not related to any of the job duties required by pooltex.
