A nice woman named Tammy answered the phone and helped me right away. I've often heard people say the ladies in that office aren't friendly, but I disagree. I am only giving four stars, though, because it is stinky in there and could totally use a makeover.

My dad has been trying to update his address since beginning of August with lots of back and forth.. spoke to Shane and he was amazing, quick, and resolved an issue we been needing. Great attitude and friendly

I get packages regularly, especially now because of Covid. I would say at least 25% of the time my packages aren’t delivered. They will update the tracking to say my street or driveway was inaccessible (never been the case) or that there was no safe place to put the package (I work from home, have a covered front porch with a low wall that you can put packages behind, and at the end of a long driveway). 95% of the time my packages are delivered a day or two later. Yesterday, a rather expensive Christmas present was supposed to be delivered, but yet again the tracking was updated to Driveway Inaccessible. Then, a hour later, they update the tracking to Delivered - Handed directly to resident. I was home in my front room With a clear view of my driveway. No one came by. It’s just a lie. Why???

Completely unreliable. I live on Main Street 1 mile from the post office and they only collect/deliver my mail about twice a week. The lack of efficiency and proper management is appalling.

Had ordered two packages from Amazon in two separate orders, but same day of delivery for both. The first one came around 10am, and we retrieved it no problem. The second one I received a notification on my phone at 1230 that “there was a failed delivery attempt due to blocked driveway/unable to get to front door.” I was not only at home and heard NOTHING, but was already on the lookout for the next package since the first had arrived and I figured the next one was coming soon. After I received that notification I even went out to check the driveway, a driveway shared by 4 houses, 2 of which were empty. Lo and behold the driveway was empty and clear. Not surprising given that the first package arrived with no problem of course. Long story short: (TL;DR) Somebody was being lazy and reported a package destination as undeliverable/blocked... when their coworker had delivered just fine earlier that morning. Poor quality employees make poor reviews, not that y’all would care I suppose.
