This place, despite it being s huge franchise, operates at a small town, personal feel. Will they make mistakes?...sure, don't we all! But do they go above and beyond to make it right? You bet your sweet donkey they do, just like we all should! In the great words of Jim Carrey- \I LIKE IT A LOT
Very clean restaurant. Friendly staff. They go out of their way to serve. Tables are being clean right after customers leave.
This location is absolutely amazing!!! I have been in MANY other locations back in Houston, but never received such attention as in this place. The whole staff was so committed to give the same customer service TO ALL THE CUSTOMERS. Please give them all A REWARD for all the effort they put DAILY, always smiling and professional as they should be. I couldn't believe how big the lines get there, still, some how THEY MANAGED to keep the tine of waiting in line BELOW 3 minutes. As big as the line gets!! Kudos to them. They should be teaching other locations how to get the job done.
