I’ve been going to Dr. Brenner for about 5 years now and I cannot say enough great things about him and the staff there. I’ve always had issues with my teeth and have seen a couple dentists who do not take their time nor care about patients to get them to a healthier place. Dr. Brenner takes his time to be thorough, has the technology in the office to get the job done and is mindful of how he can learn and adapt to new things for his patients. I’ve had teeth grinding issues for 15 years and not until seeing him has it been suggested it could be a sleep issue, which grinding has recently been associated to. I appreciate his willingness to help solve the problem while taking care of my teeth. The office is filled with pleasant staff and is very clean. Can’t recommend enough.

I’m so happy with my decision to get veneers! Dr. Brenner does amazing work. He really took the time to understand what I wanted my smile to look like and created a plan specifically for my needs. The whole team is so friendly and welcoming and made every visit great, especially Vida and Leslie! Thank you for giving me a confident smile again! I highly, highly recommend Dr. Brenner and his team!

Dr. Brenner was great; however, his staff were extremely difficult to deal with. To start off, they will, without notice, charge you an extra “PPE Fee” and claim that “your insurance does not cover it” (spoke with my insurance rep and verified that their office is in fact reimbursed for this fee). Such a shame to see that they are double dipping and taking advantage of the current situation. Secondly, they attempted to overcharge me for a procedure the day I showed up for my appointment. Thankfully I had the exact quote from my insurance, which specified the exact amount I owed to the office, and wasn’t charged the 100 extra the office was attempting to get from me. To top it off, email communication is radio silent from their office. I suppose that’s beneficial when your customer is inquiring about money they’re owed. I definitely won’t be going back to this office, and would suggest those who don’t want to be cheated out of their money do avoid it too.

Love the staff here. They are fun and friendly. Thank you Dr. Brenner, Cindy the dental assistant, and Jennifer at the front desk. You all are great and I enjoy my visits. I’ve had 3 cleanings and some crown work done. Won’t go anywhere else even though I live in Everett, because it’s worth the drive...

Brenner dental care was wonderful! The receptionist was kind and helpful, Becky who did my x-rays and cleaning was amazing and super personable and very knowledgeable, and Dr. Brenner was super great. It really feels like a family and I got to join it! I'm looking forward to coming back for my next appointment.
