I can't recommend Astro London enough. They were very responsive in getting back to me with all my questions and made sure that my needs were met. They definitely went above and beyond. Not to mention the grass itself which is incredibly high quality.
Ryan and team were fantastic and we couldn't be happier with the end result! Yes, there were a couple of snags but they were extremely responsive and came back to rectify. Friendly nd professional, would not hesitate to recommend!
Cannot personally speak to their work, rather than certain workers' attitude. We live at the house next door where Astro London was doing works . They were moving soil and rocks right above our car and when I realized and asked them to wait 5 minutes until my boyfriend moves our car, they brushed me off waving their hand and laughed, which I found unacceptable. I just wonder if it was my boyfriend asking them, if they would have the same attitude. Get your act together in terms of professional attitude and courtesy.
Couldn't rate these guys highly enough. From the initial phone call, to the sales rep coming to visit, to the actual installation team completing the job. They made it so simple and were stress free to deal with and now I have an amazing garden to enjoy all year around.
