I went to Brent's Transmission, with a transmission issue. It wasn't shifting through all the gears. I arrived at his shop and was greeted by a nice receptionist. Brent came out and took my rig for a drive. Before we left the parking lot he noticed that my suburban was in 4 low. He put it back into 2 wheel drive and it drove great. He drove it around with me to make sure. He didn't charge me anything. If I have an issue with my transmission in the future I will definitely use Brent's shop. -Josh
