Bait and switch. Job ad isnt legitimate. Presents you with entry level, low pay. Best to find work on your own.

The ad on indeed the company posted was misleading. There was an ad for a “Staffing Consultant”. However when someone one contacted me they told me I wasn’t qualified and that they had other jobs I “might” be a good fit for. They misled with that ad to get people to use the staffing agency. The lady had me go through a 20 minute phone interview, do all these assessments and then just to tel me she is marketing me for a different role as advertised. Very misleading and deceptive. Please beware they are not gonna hire you for the role as listed.

This is not just another temp agency. They take the time to sit down and get to know their candidates and figure out their career goals. They also provide resume building tips in order to help highlight transferable skills if you are looking to make an industry switch. It's not always the quickest process but the the extra time it takes is worth it. They genuinely care about the people they work with and try to provide a result.
