Fantastic!! There are only a few campsites (tenting) and all of them are quiet. Being on a farm with the hosts on the property, I feel that it is safe and great for couples. They have an outhouse and a propane shower that works great for any needs. Portable water and recycling are present and easy to get to. Also, there’s a breakfast that comes from their farm produce that can be purchased each morning. Definitely recommend it if you haven’t planned anything for meals. At 39/night 5% GST, its definitely worth it if you want a solid sleep. The family are incredibly hospitable and we had several great conversations over the duration of our 3 night stay. Don’t be afraid to ask if there’s any questions/concerns you may have. Also, there are fireworks a couple kms down the road on Saturday nights if you feel like watching them. Definitely looking forward to coming back again.

Janet and Scott saved our tired bums after our ferry arrived late to the island! Hospitable and friendly, they helped settle us in late to a very comfortable spot on grass! We ordered the waffles with homemade blueberry syrup and farm fresh eggs for the morning! We also ordered their homemade granola bars to go. On site is a camp shower, outhouse, picnic tables. We recommend!

When I stayed here, I found the hosts to be kind and friendly. The place was clean and guest spots were limited, so it's not overly busy or noisy which was nice. Provided was the option to order their home cooked breakfast in the morning, and I would HIGHLY recommend ordering their homemade bread. It was some of the yummiest bread I've ever had!! Also they setup a portable shower outside which had gas heated hot water. Would defiently stay again!!

A complete gem, walking distance to the bay and Butchart Gardens and short drive to Victoria or from the ferry in Sidney. Get the breakfast, what a treat to have waffles and ham and eggs from the farm with homemade jam and bread. Such a treat! The owners are themselves big campers and are very hospitable and knowledgeable hosts, they want to make your stay easy. They helped us plan our visit complete with scenic drives and places to visit throughout British Columbia. Gardenside Acres is a lovely and special place to stay.

A really nice place! I've been there 2 days, the place was very quiet, and the host was very kind. I could use data, cellular. The town was also very good too, I could see some deers, rabbits, horses. Additionally, the breakfast was very delicious. I enjoyed it!

Scott was a great host and the camp site was a nice quiet and comfortable stay. Breakfast was a nice touch. They also have a outdoor shower which was a great accommodation.

Scott and Janet do a wonderful job here. Clean and quiet place to base your trip to the Victoria area. Janet makes great waffles and Scott brings breakfast out to your tent site. B&B concept for tent camping....pretty neat idea. Clean port-a-potty and really neat propane fired outdoor shower tent. Soft ground for your tent stakes. Right near Butchard Gardens.

Great place for camping if you like quiet and friendly atmosphere. They do give me good tips for sightseeing. I like the small homemade breakfast. It's really Camp n Breakfast.
