This place does an EXCELLENT job of fixing your car, but they WILL rip you off and would come up with unnecessary things that they THINK you'd need for your car. So, you will have to be VERY careful with this place. My recommendation is to go to Gray's Auto which is about 5 minutes away and/or get a second opinion on your car at a different auto repair place. Dobbs is very good, but consider making Dobbs your last resort if you can't find another auto repair shop. Put Dobbs last on your list.

Super thanks to the crew at Dobb’s Tire and Auto! Gave me a 90 minute plus wait estimate (I was a walk in on a VERY busy day, so they could have turned me away) and my work (single tire replacement) was done in just over an hour. Seriously cannot thank you all enough! Grant (working the desk) was very kind, and personable! If I lived in the area, you’d have a customer for life!

I took my vehicle in after a flat. Initially, I was very satisfied with the service and walked away a happy customer. Unfortunately, I did not check to see if they had installed the spare back onto the car. I assumed this would be a part of the service. Once I realized this had not been completed, the damage had been done. A 425 part used to keep the spare in place had come off of my vehicle and while Dobbs ordered a new spare for the one that was never returned, they would not help with the cost of the new part that would not have been damaged if the spare tire had been replaced as it should have been initially. This was a very bad (and expensive) experience.

Flat tire, wound up needing four new ones. Called around and this Dobbs was very competitively priced and more importantly, said they could get us in right away. They promised to finish the job in no more than 2 hours and 1 hour and 45 minutes later, the car was ready.

The Dobbs guarantee paid off for me today! Only 80 for an expensive low profile, run flat tire. I hit something in the road, had a blow out on one of their installed tires. Free labor, free install. Just had to prorated tire cost. Usual great service. It was nice to save some this close to the holidays!

They are just good. Were able to get me in for just an emissions inspection without delay and did a quick turn around. Found a few things I need to do to the car and gave me estimates without pressure to buy. The store was clean, Manager Michael was professional and helpful. I’ll be back, happy to support the local business especially when they treat you well.
