The price Ms. Grace charged wasn't accurate or in accordance with the work that was done and what I was told it would be. Ms. Grace was unkind and unwelcoming, but Ms. Shawna and Kathryn Kane were attentive and supportive of their students! Risa was amazing and did a great job trimming and deep conditioning my 4c/4d hair!!! I would have preferred not to have it styled, because it wasn't something I wanted done.
Welcoming good customer service clean. Planning on going back
Madiley Morales was excellent! Handled me like a professional...efficient, gentle, and timely. She really spent time listening to me and helping me get the results I wanted. Madiley graduates soon. Good for her and the rest of us looking for great stylists.
