I tried to list my home for sale by owner, and got a bunch of bad offers. There were a bunch of agents that wanted to be the listing agent. At the very beginning, Dania contacted me strongly urging us to let her sell our home. Look at her sales, she is a mover and shaker! My wife and I decided to go with Dania, clearly seeing her history of top sales. She worked with us, giving us advice, but always allowing us to decide what we felt was best. She sold our house in about a week! Before we closed, we had to secure her for our next home purchase, and Dania provided great care looking after our best interests. We saw a home, began to offer, but it was a large property that had a hill and was really a lot of work, which she pointed out. The second home we began to bid on, it also had a lot of work to be done, but the seller wanted an As Is Sale, when the price definitely was not an As Is price and Dania rightfully advised us no, do not agree to it. This lead us to our dream home, and it is an AWESOME home. Dania has bargained for us and given us great feedback on the pros and cons of this home. I tell ya, if you want someone who cares about you, will work with your dream whatever that is, and sell your home FAST, Dania is the one.
