They are always very rude and unpleasant to deal with. I can appreciate they cannot help every dog or every situation but manners cost nothing and you would expect people who are in this kind of work/volunteering would have some empathy.

Adopted a dog on 1st Sept dee the owner of kennels polite friendly n professional doesn't time limit you yr walk with dog to get to know it and explains everything about yr new pet and answers any questions clearly n well knowledgeable very clean and cheerful kennels and all dogs come with free 4 months pet insurance thankyou to dee and her staff at Wallace
