After reading all the reviews regarding the \excellent\ customer service I was very keen to buy a car from them. The car I was looking for was on site. Called and spoke to a young salesman to arrange a test drive....so far so good. Arrived promptly on time, the car was given to me for a test drive without any restrictions. I liked the car very much. Upon arrival back to the dealer I've mentioned that there is a \grinding\ noise coming from one of the wheels. The salesman said that perhaps the car need a wheel bearing replaced. He assured me that they will put the car on the ramp, inspected and call me right away to let me know. I've told him that I am ready to buy the car once this was sorted. I was assured that everything will be dealt with and I will be called........that was 8 days ago. No one ever called. If this is a measurement for customer service you just scored Z---- Very disappointing.

We were trying to get information from salesman 'John J Laporte' - we had a p/x to trade. He seemed pretty disinterested in negotiating with us after our initial enquiry. He stopped responding to our emails. He must be selling plenty of cars at the moment, if he is ignoring genuine customers! VERY poor customer service. We will purchase elsewhere.

2nd visit and great service again from Carol and the team. Warranty issue (bought suzuki at another dealer who were awful) before covid, Carol was on the ball right after reopening. Full confidence at Brenwood, and I'm usually suspicious of all garages! Recommend anytime.
