Liz runs a fantastic group in Eastham for new moms with a focus on breastfeeding, although any new parent is welcome with open arms and understanding. This group has been a huge lifesaver for me within my first year of motherhood. Any questions I had about feeding my baby Liz has always answered and I’ve left feeling reassured. Even on days where I’ve just needed some interaction with others going through the same things or who have already crossed these hurdles, the group and Liz have been absolutely invaluable. I highly recommend it! Thank you Rising Tide for providing a judgment-free comforting group. The friendships I’ve made with other moms at this group are one of the best parts of my motherhood journey so far. ️
I don’t have kids of my own, but I work with many young children and families, and have used the RisingTide women’s resources on multiple occasions. They are kind, compassionate and committed to supporting woman and advocating for all things birth related.
