It’s a shame what happened to this place. Used to be the best pizza in town, but it seemed to change when new management took over. I could smell cinnamon when i opened my pizza box when i got home?? Very strange. Also ordered tenders and fries for my children and the tenders are laughable. It’s not even like a chicken tender or homemade at all like they claim all of their food is. The fries have definitely changed too. I know it seems too critical but this place was a staple of Hinckley for years, so when everything changes, it’s sad. The new owner also seemed very rude and standoffish when helping other customers while i was waiting for my food as well. Overall very unhappy with the new Brians Pizza and will not order from them anymore

It hasn’t been the same since Brian left...and stop responding to reviews like you guys have been there for the last 10 years. You guys are NEW owners, your just putting shame on Brian’s. Despicable.
Jonathan got stuck behind an armed roadblock and still delivered the pizza. Congrats to him (It’s from a TikTok but I bet y’all’s food is great so here is 5 stars)
the bbq fries SMACKED but yall changed the fries still aint bad tho def finna get again. changed since my boa brian left:(... pizza aint bad ngl. an employee named kyle helped me he was very chill he was THE best
