I hate to be the person that writes a bad review about a business, but I was not 100% happy with my experience, and I feel that with how much money I spent, that I should be. This was my first visit and I was supposed to receive a luxury spa massage, but in the description it says that eye pads and stones are used and I did not get that. It also states that you’re supposed to choose your aromatherapy scents and I didn’t get to do that either. The massage therapist was kind of abrupt and didn’t ask me much about my past massage history or my concerns, I think she said a total of 3 sentences to me, and I’m just used to a more in depth conversation when I’m having a massage with a person for the first time. The massage itself was okay, but then after I was done, she told me I could come out when I was ready and then she disappeared. Didn’t see her again, just paid and left. Overall, I just didn’t feel like communication was great and didn’t feel very welcomed.

I went here in early March for a massage one day and a facial the next. I was very happy with the wide choice of services, fair prices, the look and feel of the salon, and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. I wholeheartedly recommend Brick Haven!!!

I have only been here once and will for now on only go here. I got my first spray tan from here and it turned out wonderful. The lady that did my spray tan was very knowledgeable and did an awesome job. I regret ever going to somewhere else and will only book with them for now on. The whole experience was great. Highly recommend

Today was my first visit. I decided on the luxury spa massage and it was the BEST massage I’ve had in a long time! I am definitely looking forward to trying all the different spa packages they have to offer ️

Stop procrastinating and schedule a massage with Mackenzie now! I completed a Triathlon just yesterday and already feel remarkably better! Definitely expedites recovery. Will be a regular part of my therapy from this day forward.
