We had a fireplace cleaning scheduled. They get the 1-star for calling us and notifying us they could not make the scheduled cleaning due to an illness. Understandable. After checking our availability I called back to reschedule. 3 times. No answer. I left messages but no one returned my calls. That's why there are no additional stars. So, we went with Colony Heat & Air. They were able to schedule a same-day service. Colony was also recommended by an excellent home inspector I trust. So, if you can't get a hold of Brick House Ops there are other options.

GO HERE. Fantastic customer service: Jenny helped me with a tough to find/figure out gasket. Price out the door was just as good as anywhere else but Brick House is local and didn't have to pay to ship.
