From the first time we visited in May 2018, we knew this was the place we wanted to get married. Although COVID meant that our original wedding date in April 2020 couldn’t take place, the staff at Bridal Barn have gone above and beyond to help us making arrangements for our new date and for making sure our ceremony can take place in the future. They have always kept us up to date with any developments and changes and despite it being a stressful time, they have always been at the end of the phone or email if we have needed them. We can’t wait to finally have our special day here! We would recommend this venue,not just for the stunning barn and woodland but the friendliness of all the staff.

What a venue!! From the drive down to the barn we already knew this was the place we wanted to get married. There is honestly, nowhere else like this place in the area and it’s truly beautiful. Jill has been outstanding throughout and no question is a silly one! She responds promptly and she truly cares about every couples day. We got married here in September 2018. This is the most amazing wedding venue, not only is it completely stunning, the staff are amazing! Nothing was ever too much trouble. We where only the second couple to get married here but you would think they had done 100's before us as everything down to the last detail was perfect! Got married here August 2019. Was the best day of my life. The venue was better than I could have ever imagined. Everything about the day was perfect. Ben was so nice and so helpful, so down to earth and friendly . So helpful from the booking process all the way threw. Jill was amazing answering any question we had, arranging viewings and also the set up day. If I could do this day all over again, I wouldn't change a thing.

Absolutely incredible venue!! The staff are super friendly and have done everything to make sure that I feel happy and comfortable when booking. I have been able to talk to someone when I’ve needed to and they have been extremely prompt at replying to emails! A wonderful venue with the most friendly staff!! I'm not usually the type to complain, but this venue is a prime example as to why this business sector has a reputation for extortion. I can over look the very poor communication, as on the face of it it is a picturesque venue. However they clearly place financial gain over their own personal integrity. I booked this venue and as requested paid half of the final bill as a deposit, only for them to say they would no longer honour the deal (nearly a week after paying the deposit and two emails asking if they had received the money). This came as a surprise, as after attending the open day it appeared that is was managed by nice honest people, who understood the gravity of arranging the biggest day of your life. They offered a refund and subsequently did refund the deposit stating that the deal was only valid for 7 days, which was not communicated once in the correspondence. Obviously by this point we had told everyone where and when we were planning to tie the knot. I imagine they are expecting the date to be taken by some other starstruck lovers with deeper pockets, paying the full price since their price increase. This is clear evidence they can't be taken at their word, or even when you have it writing, as i do. I'm no legal expert but taking the legality out of the equation this morally wrong and i imagine i'm not alone in that opinion. They have complete tarnished the venue for me and i wouldn't get married at the Bridal Barns even if they offered the venue for FREE! So for all you potential customers be warned and if you have already booked I really hope they don't tarnish your special day, as they have for me.
