Had the whole upstairs recarpeted and a bathroom with Lino. Check your quote is accurate as they made a mistake on mine. Managed to get the price down by checking their figures. Fitting and installation done to a very high standard. One carpet has a crease mark and so Carpetright have ordered a replacement to be fitted in a couple weeks. Overall, happy with them and would buy from again.

Absolute joke of a company. No order updates for 6 weeks, phoned the store to try and get an update and they cant get hold of the manufacturer and can only email them apparently - great relationship! Tried to cancel the order over the phone but cant even do that need to email into an email address that you don't get a reply from! DO NOT USE this company! I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering!

Absolutely abysmal service. Waited weeks for a surveyor to come out, only for them to come and take measurements and hear nothing back for weeks. After countless calls to the store (which were redirected to another store for some reason) and emails, still no response. Luckily one day I phoned and managed to get through, only to find out I'd have to wait over 3 months for the flooring as it is now out of stock. Prior to this there were a number of mistakes on their end regarding pricing and deals. They also said that booking a surveyor over the phone was not possible, I had to travel to the store to do it which I've since found out is not true. Absolute waste of time, the staff at Bridgend are clueless.
