Poor course, promised much but overall disappointing! After reading other reviews we thought we'd give it a go, first impressions were good, nice clubhouse, friendly staff. Sadly that's where the positives ended I'm really afraid to say. Firstly, the tee box signage was poor, when playing the 18 holes, signage to show where next hole is was poor, bit of a guess game. The greens had more sand on them than grass, played really bumpy, which was disappointing. You'd play a 2-3 shot lie up and then end up 3 putting because the greens are so bumpy and unpredictable and not unpredictable in a good way, I've honestly played practice greens which are 100x better than the greens. I'm sorry to say. It's also very frustrating playing on a course where others are playing footgolf, in our view, your either a golf club or your not. Sorry that's just a personal opinion but you can't charge 25 a round which is in some cases higher than your competition, to share the course with teens playing footgolf. It's not what you would expect. But on a positive note the weather was good so I hope you find this review constructive. Kind Regards.
