Such a lovely experience! I went in with no idea what I really wanted, but Sam managed to cater to exactly what suited me! She was warm and welcoming, and even though all Covid precautions were taken, I didn't feel like the experience lacked anything at all. A really relaxed environment and a lady who really knows what she's doing!

I wish I was able to give this shop a zero star review after my nightmare experience! I ordered my dress over a year before my wedding and when it arrived approx. a month prior to my wedding, it was a completely different style. The beading and lace pattern on the bodice was completely different, the waistband was supposed to be dropped but wasn't and it was way too big even though I had been measured and the dress was apparently made especially for me! When I raised these issues with Sam, the blame seemed to somehow come back on me and I was accused of losing more weight when infact I had actually put weight on. The material on the waist bow was snagged, the tie at back of dress had been trimmed and not stitched back together on the ends, there was no bra support stitched into dress as requested, I spent 40 on hoop petticoat only for it to fall apart (literally the hoop fell out of the petticoat). Thankfully this happened before the wedding so I had time to buy another one from a professional shop. The list of issues was endless... Needless to say, I had to spend a fortune hiring a dressmaker to put these issues right and it still wasn't the same as the dress I had fallen for. This caused me and my Family a huge amount of stress before our special day and Sam showed no interest in making things right. Her customer service skills left a lot to be desired throughout the whole process.
I love it there its lush and lovely dresses I'll be there in a month to find a nice prom dress xx
I couldn't recommend Pink Butterfly Brides enough! Samantha is an extremely talented lady; she listened to my ideas and knew exactly what I wanted! Her dresses are extremely beautiful & such reasonably priced! She made the experience of picking a dress unforgettable and enjoyable and I feel honoured to walk down the aisle in one of her dresses! I purchased my beautiful wedding dress from Pink Butterfly Brides. After not being able to find a dress I liked anywhere else with the help of Sam we were able to create the dress of my dreams. I also had my bridesmaids dresses and mother of the bride dress made here all completely bespoke designed and they are all stunning! Highly recommended to all !
