The sales and after care service I’ve received from this dealership is second to none. From Martin in sales through to Josh in the service dept - the customer care is first class. Two days before the booked appointment I receive a text message to confirm the date and time. The day of the booking Josh explains the schedule of work and calls me throughout the day with updates and discusses all options with costs before completing any work Then before the end of the day I get another call to either confirm the car is ready to collect or to let me know the status of ordered parts. This dealership is not local for me but I’m happy to travel the extra distance for the service they offer. The technicians working on my car always show respect to the fact I take pride in looking after the condition of the vehicle and this is evident in the videos I’ve received during the health checks. Many of my friends and colleagues are also returning customers to Bridgend Mercedes. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to buy a Mercedes.

Recently made an approved used purchase from Bridgend Mercedes and I have to say it was for me the best car purchase in my 35 years of driving. I felt that Liam H from the initial email contact, personal car video to finally meeting in person was very professional. I wasn’t patronised / pressured or rushed in any way and felt very valued as a customer completely through the whole Mercedes car buying process. The handover with Susanna C was top drawer also with no questions left un-answered and everything on the car explained. Everything for me was absolutely fantastic and felt very relaxed and pleased that I bought a car from Bridgend Mercedes!
We dealt with Joe very helpful young man. Pleasant experience all round.
Still awaiting for confirmation of refund of service plan, wanted nearly 50 to cancel the plan, this is shameful. Still awaiting Mercedes Customer Care to contact. Terrible service Sinclair Bridgend.
