Fed Up customer

It is unsurprising to see that the only 5* reviews left here for Waterstone homes are by their OWN EMPLOYEES or CONTRACTORS/AFFILIATES. The true reviews and the real voice is that of the customer, and these are reflected by the many honest 1* reviews which is a far better representation of this company. Since purchasing our house, we have had significant issues at every step; unfortunately, instead of sorting out problems that should have never occurred in the first place, they do their very best to avoid putting anything right and in the process are very abrupt and abrasive making the whole experience even worse for customer. As long as they are making profit, this seems to be their core value, not customer satisfaction. They claim to build quality family homes with a high specification, but they have no pride in the way the work is carried out making for utterly frustrated and upset customers when faced with the finished house. Instead of a low stress dream home, it is one full of stress and dread. Avoid at all costs.

Endless snagging list when we moved in 18 months ago including having to have all glazing in bifold doors at back of house replaced. Due to Waterstone constructing an unauthorised bank at front of development we now face 6 weeks of disruption while they put it right.

Incredibly expensive house with four completely unusable bathrooms. Spent a year trying to get defective tiles replaced.

We have bought a waterstone home in Swansea 2 years ago. The many faults and build issues we have had are still not resolved. Such a shame as we were so excited to buy our house at the beginning and were promised that everything would be sorted out. The whole experience has been stressful, upsetting and certainly not what we hoped for when we moved in.
