I would be very cautious about using them for home studies related to adoption. My wife and I used them for ours. The initial home study took a year and a half to complete. There were multiple long delays because catholic charities wasn’t aware of things that were needed to complete it. After the initial one was completed, they let the state one expire without informing us. The national one nearly expired as well; fortunately, we caught it and notified them. Otherwise, the entire process would have been voided. Adoption is a stressful enough process without these types of events.
