I didn’t want to go at first but I’m really glad I did! Very understandable people that are flexible and knowledgeable! Overall good experience only negative thing was that it can be difficult keeping up with the mandatory AA meetings. Overall good experience!

Went to Bridges for a relapse prevention program. At the time I did not have a job. The owner let me come for two months until I got a job. Then they let me catch up on my payments. Then they were really flexible with my new work schedule. Overall, very professional and knowledgable. I highly recommend this treatment center.

Told me they were in network with my insurance when I called and that I only owed 97. Paid upfront and did my evaluation at the Ferndale location. It took them over a month to get my evaluation done. Recently started getting late fees saying I owe 151. Called them up. Said my insurance didn't pay. Called my insurance. They told me they were never in network. Called the Bellingham location and spoke to Wendy and explained the situation. She became weirdly defensive and rude? Thanks Wendy- super unnecessary. Asked to speak to a manager because obviously Wendy is having a bad day? She told me she would transfer me to Diana (who was working at Ferndale location that I called earlier) Waited for a bit and hung up and just called Diana myself. Diana explained that apparently I was supposed to make 2 payments of 97 (nobody told me that) Diana was super nice and helpful. Ended up just paying the money. Moral of the story- extremely unprofessional and ...immature? Also- always call your insurance and make sure your in network before getting any type of treatment. Don't go here.

Good people on staff, very professional and knowledgeable. The trouble is that recommending treatment means more dollars in their pocket so...is a client actually an addict or do they just have plenty of money to buy potentially unnecessary treatment?

This recovery center treatment is very rude their customer service is very bad specially the one in Ferndale that’s where we went it made things very very complicated and when we try to move to another treatment center they denied to talk to me there which is very very rude please do not waste your time or your money because you were only be a waste of time And I’m only giving them one star not because they deserve it it is because Google don’t allowed to leave blank stars
