If you are looking for an honest auto repair guy, this man is what you are looking for. He actually listens to his customers and helps them with their issues they are having. He also talks to you about them to figure out realistic solutions for the issues. He goes above and beyond. There are not many of these old school mechanics left.
Allen Hannam Auto Repair is a small independent vehicle repair shop with very reliable service. Mr. Hannam is very happy to listen to his customer's explanation of the difficulties they are experiencing. He will explain what has happened and will show the customer whatever process or parts needed to help make the situation and job more understandable. He makes every effort to do the job as quickly and economically as possible without sacrificing a quality repair. He takes the time to advise you on upcoming repairs that will be needed without making you feel like he is trying to pressure you. An added bonus for female customers is that he does not talk down to you.
