After calling around several repair services on a Saturday, NCA was the only one to say they could take the computer today. I really wanted it back quickly so I could get our taxes done. Gerard met me at his shop and after hearing the problem I was having, initially said he could have it fixed by Monday. Ten minutes after I got home, Gerard called and confirmed the power supply was the problem. He said that his shop power supply fit the case and knowing that I wanted the computer back as soon as possible, said I could have that supply instead of waiting for him to get supplies on Sunday. I said great and he said it will be ready by the time you drive back. Great job Gerard & NCA! He opened his shop for me, fixed the problem within an hour and charged me less than the quotes from the other services I had called. I highly recommend this company.
