The line was long but once they started, it moved pretty quickly. The line is long because its only so many people they let in the building, once inside it goes way faster. I went to renew my drivers license. The employees came out and made sure people had their correct documentation before entering. They do practice social distancing so please make sure you have your mask. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Special thanks to employees Anthony and Dave for the laughs I definitely needed it!

Everyone here is very polite. There was not a long line today could’ve been because of the weather. I was in and out. I got there at 8:30 and left at 9:30ish. I went in for a road test, my instructor was very nice and talkative. Everything went smooth.

Well organized. They were calling the people in line based on the service required.. I arrived for plate sticker at 2:50 pm stayed in line outside for about 10 minutes and was out of the facility at 3:15 pm. Ana G. was courteous fast and friendly.

The people inside were nice once I made it inside . I waited outside in the cold and rain a total of 2 hours and 30 minutes. With weather conditions and Covid ,they should consider designating an area for parking or a line to be formed to allow people to wait in their cars with their tickets. They can send the workers to that area to waive in the row of people that are due to be called. I'm sure there has to be a more efficient way to have people visit the facility during these times. However, Once you are in they get you out less than 15 mins.

Arrived at 11:55am, waited in line till 1:35pm and then spent 20 minutes inside taking care of business. Make sure you have All paperwork needed. They do have employees coming around asking why you there, they check to make sure you have All your proper documentations. If not, they tell you, so you can go get it, or have someone bring it to you. Good luck and bring your mask and patience ️ Also, they have a separate line going for anyone 65 yrs old and up. The senior line. There too, make sure you have ALL documents needed.
