Staff, beer quality and price, surroundings, sports screens, all superb.
Just had a lovely evening in the bear. Nice pub. Nice people. Nice atmosphere. Faye {all on her own} doing a great job. Beer superb, we'll be back
turned the pub around very nice and friendly a lot better now
I am so glad that the staff refused us entry to this unwelcoming and moody establishment. (we had a baby in a pushchair). Their inaccurate interpretation of the Covid regulations left us no option, but to use the Stable Bar a short walk away. Much better service here.... and much better atmosphere. I hope that the owners of the Bear read these reviews and train their staff better. In the mean time I hope you continue to have no customers!
