The way when you can really tell how good a company you are dealing with is how they respond when things go wrong. It wasn't their fault I wasn't happy with my phone, they had try to advise me to buy a different model but I went for one that \ looked cool\ I liked the gold case! However when I discovered that the speaker didn't give the sort of sound quality and volume that I was looking for I contacted them and they invited me in to change the model. I have to say that these guys, Salim and Wayne, know exactly what they're doing and I should have listened to them in the first place. I also believe that a good nod of respect to the owners and management of this business for selecting such top quality staff to serve in their shops and for delegating them enough authority to ensure that the customer is satisfied. I am delighted with my new phone and the service I received I have noticed recommending them to anybody and everybody.
Oskar was fantastic today, sold me a Samsung s9 at a great price and offered to transfer all of my data across to my new phone. He helped me pick a good protective case and over all provided an atmosphere of support. Very happy will definitely come back to this store.
