If you are looking for a charity to work for in the Utah area, you do not want to miss the opportunity to work for Bridle Up Hope. They have a great cause and story, and are innovative and fun. What a great program! Each week I learned a new habit and I worked in applying them in my everyday life. This is a program taught me to how to use easy steps/ habits as tools to be my own transformative leader. As a former High Needs Case Manager I knew how help others. However I had a hard time being proactive in my own wellness. Bridle Up Hope gave me a better perspective in how my own paradigms were stoping me for becoming a better version of myself. I learned that to be a effective an leader one have to experience and practice the 7 habits. Plus, it is a blast practicing them having fun working with horses. I Totally Recommend Bridle Up Hope!!!!

I wrote this to show how BUH makes me feel, and this is like a perfect example of being there. "Awesome" by Maria Krois It's absolutely awesome. Sitting there, slowly breathing. Inhale. Exhale. Inhale. Exhale. I feel peace catch me in that sweet moment, the soft music playing in the background. I smell the lavender sprayed, mist in the room. Absolutely awesome. It’s absolutely awesome. The wind in my hair as the beast trots through the arena. I feel everything. I smell the barn, and the mud and hay in the air. It tickles my nose as my eyes crease at the edges, pulling my mouth into a sweet smile. It feels great. It’s awesome. Absolutely awesome. Special thanks to Macey, the best trainer ever!!
