What a wonderful museum, the volunteer staff here are just fantastic at engaging with the visitors and making our visit so much better. A well laid out space and even has a staircase that's really a time machine. It really helps us understand the local environment and its place in the world. Well worth a visit. Wheelchair accessible and children friendly with interactive exhibits. Toilets available to all and a nice gift shop.

Excellent museum with helpful and knowledgeable staff. They have rope making sessions where you can have a go at making short lengths of rope.
The museum in Bridport is such a fantastic place to visit for local history and information. The team at the museum are really fantastic and always willing to help and offer information.
Small but definitely worth visiting. Friendly informative staff who made the rope making demonstration both fun and interesting. Also some lovely examples of Roman and prehistoric artifacts.
Nice little museum where you can learn about Bridport, have been here multiple times because I live nearby.
