I have been to CareCo in Brierley Hill to buy my wife a mobility scoot The friendly staff help me and my wife to choose the scooter she needed we were served by Nathan and Adele hence the 5 stars.

Went in to buy a mobility scooter. The manager Sam and sales advisor Terri both took time out to explain the workings even though I was already going to buy it. My partner and I also looked at an orthopedic bed for us both, and a rise and recliner chair for future purchases. Again we were allowed to test, and discuss our needs without any hard sell. It will be my first port of call for any further disability needs from now on due to 1st rate service, and an excellent range of products

Took my mom to CareCo this afternoon to look at a scooter, Jodie and Adele were extremely helpful, they were not pushy or up selling. My mom had a test drive and was shown how to take apart and put back together. My mom chose a scooter than we looked at a cheaper version which we purchased. My mom has been putting off a scooter for years which has disabled her from enjoying the outside with us as a family, really looking forward to taking mom to the seaside and days out where we will all be chasing her in her new scooter!! Cant thank you enough for giving my mom the confidence in purchasing a scooter!!! Shelley and Dot x
