Brought a couple of gifts from here recently..i asked for them to be engraved..one for a Birthday the other was for a Wedding Anniversary..I was really pleased with the finished product had them both gift boxed...I found the staff really helpful..and yes I would recommend Brierley Hill Crystal
Called the factory shop to see if I could pay over the phone for 2 glasses I'd seen on their website. She advised to pay for them online and collect in store. I did this but when they arrived I wasn't keen so had my partner return them to the store and purchase some other cheaper glasses. I've been refused a refund because apparently the store is a factory outlet and the website isn't, even though they sell exactly the same product! Customer service is poor. I've been done out of 20 when I could have saved this if I'd been told it's much cheaper in store for the same product. Ridiculous given that the online sales are provided by the store anyway so they are one entity. Feels like an easy money maker for them, taking advantage of those who can't travel to the store.
