I cannot get you to the answer the phone for my claim 144290. This was for my 85 year old mother who has had blocked drains for 2 weeks now and she is incontinent

Found out today, something that could have been identified within minutes of my first contact with this company, instead it took almost six weeks! In that time I have been awaiting advice, constantly had to make contact with them as they only once contacted me unsolicited. I know that the pandemic means that people are working from home, it that’s not supposed to mean that you can fob people off, or simply fail to update or respond to calls.

The customer service I received was brilliant. I received a timely email to inform me of the appointed tradsman to attend. A local operative from metro rod came and did a brilliant job of clearing my blocked drains today.
