We were looking at changing from our Yaris to a bigger family car, we booked an appointment online due to Covid restrictions and a call was received from Alex, We had a list of complex requirements and Alex was very accommodating and recommended a Qashqai after a lengthy call. During our dealing with the Stourbridge dealership, nothing was an issue for him. Alex hunted all over the country for a Qashqai finding one in Rochdale. He then arranged to get it transported to Stourbridge and I must say we are very pleased with the vehicle. I can’t speak highly enough of him so A big Thank you Alex and the Stourbridge team for a very smooth sale.

Had to take my wife's car in yesterday for a child lock recall, we were running a few minutes late so rang them and they said no problem. Upon arrival we were told car should be ready for 10am (this was at 0840). At 0945 we were told the work has been completed, they are just washing the car now. Nice touch giving it a quick wash I thought, when we got to the car turns out they'd given the inside a quick going over too which was unexpected. Professional and polite service from the staff, job done swiftly and then the car gets a quick clean at the end, what more can you ask for, really impressed with the whole experience I received here, so much so they might have gained a customer when I'm looking for my next car!
Management here could do with speaking to their staff about how they drive company vehicles. The below incident happened in the last 7 days, I'm being intentionally vague with this and the below so as not to name-and-shame (the person in question will know). Driver sped away from a set of lights very quickly to get a jump on the car in the other lane, nothing too bad, but not ideal. They then tail-gated a slower car ahead (who was driving at the speed limit) for a while before driving straight through a Zebra crossing whilst a disabled lady was waiting to cross. Some education is definitely needed if the driver is then going to pull into the dealership and make it obvious that they work there... EDIT: in response to reply, I do not want this looked into any further, the driver knows who they are, but I think some general advice out to staff would be useful.
Not impressed with assistance very slow for attendance of customers A follow up today. My car has been booked in today to have locking when nuts removed and replaced with regular ones. WESTWAY cleaned inside and outside of my car, moving everything which is an invasion of privacy. Unfortunately for me, my car has been damaged on seals and trim around the windows on my drivers side of the car. Westway representative said they are not accepting liability for damage to my car while it was in their care, huge thumbs down... Avoid like the plague.
